Hi, I’m Marilyn — certified Trauma-informed Peaceful Parenting Coach and highly sensitive Catholic mum to a sweet, spirited, highly sensitive child.
For years, I lived and breathed Peaceful Parenting. I knew it like the back of my hand and saw it bear beautiful fruit. My son and I share an incredibly deep, joyful bond; despite the many (temporary) ruptures that occurred. Explosive meltdowns, back talk, sensory overload... I've navigated them all. I saw my son thriving and full of love. I felt like I was "acing" Peaceful Parenting.
Then we moved homes. My son started Primary 1. He was coming home daily with massive aggression and distress. I knew what was going on and what he needed. Yet, I was stretched thin — mostly solo-parenting and holding more than I could carry. Two highly sensitive, dysregulated nervous systems bouncing off each other. I fell to my knees. I felt like I was failing.
But that season reminded me that Peaceful Parenting isn't just about the tools. It's about inner transformation: healing, attuning, showing up with calm conviction, and learning to return — again and again — with repair, calm, and connection... because ruptures will happen; and the essence is the repair. I prayed, worked on reconnecting with myself and sought the support I needed — the calm, confidence, deep connection, laughter and light returned, even with every rupture.
That's how I created the FAITH™ framework; a gentle, heart-led 5-step process to help highly sensitive parents like you anchor in calm, connection, and compassion... even when life feels messy.

It’s an 8-week transformational programme designed for highly sensitive parents raising highly sensitive, strong-willed, spirited children. You’ll master my 5-step FAITH™ framework to regain calm, nurture resilience, and build deep connection with your children — without yelling, threats or punishments.
Absolutely! The Peaceful Parenting with FAITH™ programme will be conducted live (online via Zoom), so you can join us from anywhere in the world. I'll be showing up personally each week to guide, coach and support you — and if you can’t make it live, you’ll still receive full access to replays, resources, and our private online community. Parents from all time zones are welcome!
Every live session will be recorded, and replays will be available, so you can catch up at your own pace.
That said, there's something uniquely powerful about showing up and participating live — the shared energy, connection and real-time support create a deeper sense of growth and community. So whenever you can, do show up live!
If you’re a highly sensitive parent who often feels triggered, drained, overwhelmed by power struggles, emotional outbursts or constant second-guessing, and wants a clear path forward towards calm and joy; this programme was created for you.
My FAITH™ framework is designed especially for parents of children ages 0–9, when emotional foundations are being laid. However, the principles continue to apply across age ranges. And here’s the good news: it is never “too late.” Even if your child is 13, 18, or 24, healing and connection are always possible. Yes, it will require more work, time and patience as patterns are more deeply ingrained; but as long as you’re committed and willing to put in the work, there is always hope. Change is always possible. Based on your needs, I will explore specific examples across ages with you in this programme.
Not at all. While I am Catholic Christian and my FAITH™ framework is inspired by values of love, compassion and grace, this programme is open and welcoming to parents of all (or no) faith backgrounds.
It is designed for all parents who wish to raise emotionally resilient, kind and connected children who thrive. Whether you’re faith-based, spiritual, or simply value peaceful, mindful parenting, you’ll find that the tools and principles apply universally — and you are free to interpret “FAITH” in a personal way that feels true and applicable to you.
If you've found something that works for you and your family — great! Keep at it and stay the course. However, if you feel like something's off, still missing or not working; or that the tools you're trying don't stick or resonate with you or your values, Peaceful Parenting with FAITH™ might be the programme you're looking for. Or you might even decide this is complementary to whatever you're trying right now.
While I can't vouch for other programmes, I will say that FAITH™ goes deeper than quick fixes — it goes to the root and helps you with self-awareness (as we can't change what we're not aware of), so that you can regulate yourself, heal old wounds, lead with compassion, and deeply connect with your children. That’s when tools begin to truly work and true resilience is fostered.

Yes, if you commit to showing up with a willing, open and receptive heart; following the weekly modules closely (whether live or catching the replays), doing the exercises/homework, and applying what you learn.
You will learn how to show up calm, connected and grounded with your child; so that your child feels safe. When your child feels safe — cooperation, resilience and respect naturally follow. With time, as you keep practising and implementing the tools, you’ll see your child — and your relationship with your child — blossom; and your home starts becoming peaceful and joyful. You'll also see the positive changes in yourself. As you change, your child changes. The key is in implementing and applying the tools.

That’s a common concern. Even if your spouse/partner isn’t on board right away, your transformation will naturally influence the family dynamic. When one parent shifts, the atmosphere at home shifts too. Many spouses/partners come around once they see the positive changes in both you and your child. And even if yours doesn't seem to, keep showing up and modelling. Your commitment to the process is planting seeds. In the programme, we'll touch on Peaceful Partnering — applying the tools of Peaceful Parenting in your relationship with your partner. We'll explore ways to have conversations with your spouse/partner, as well as family members and people who might question your parenting choices.
By the end of 8 weeks, if you've followed the programme closely and done all the work intentionally; you'll see shifts in yourself first — calmer responses, more clarity, more connection and fewer power struggles. You'll feel calmer and more deeply connected with your child (which also means power struggles will decrease!). As your regulation changes, your child's changes too. You'll see shifts in emotional awareness, resilience and regulation for both you and your child. You’ll have the clarity and confidence to raise a kind, resilient child — while trusting in God’s grace (or the wisdom of the universe) to guide your parenting journey.
And if you'd like ongoing monthly support and accountability, you'll have the option of enrolling in The Peaceful Parenting Circle™, a founding membership programme where you can continue to deepen your growth and the skills you had learnt in integrating emotional regulation and rebuilding connection for deep, lasting change. ✨
Yes! This is a live, guided experience — I’ll be present in each session to offer personal coaching, real-time feedback, gentle accountability and support tailored to your parenting challenges. You’ll also be able to share wins, reflections and questions in our private community for ongoing encouragement between sessions.
Coaching is not therapy and is not a substitute for therapy. It does not diagnose, prevent, cure or treat any medical or mental disorder; and is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, medical and/or other qualified professionals.
As a certified trauma-informed Peaceful Parenting Coach, I guide parents in shifting from reactive, fear-based parenting to proactive, connection-based and compassionate parenting. I support parents in navigating behaviours resulting from trauma, developmental stress or attachment challenges. Through Peaceful Parenting with FAITH™, I provide a structured, supportive environment that helps parents identify, understand and mend past emotional injuries, while simultaneously improving their parenting skills and creating a stable, supportive home environment.
You’ll have ongoing access to all modules, replays, and resources for the lifetime of the programme, so you can revisit them anytime you need a refresher or encouragement on your parenting journey.
